How do I invite a Stakeholder?

1. Click on the Add Person button on the Stakeholder tab to bring up the invitation modal.

2. Select the type of access you want to grant 
  • Admin - An Admin has complete access with the ability to create, edit, overwrite or delete any information in the project including project summary, timelines, surveys and criteria 
  • Stakeholder - View only access to the project summary and survey tab. A stakeholder can add criteria, use chat, leave comments, rank and score a vendor's responses. They cannot edit or delete work done by others. 

3. Choose a method of invitation. There are three (3) ways to invite a stakeholder to your project:
  • By Invitation Link - Simply copying and pasting this link to one of your team will give them access to your project. If they don't yet have a user account, they will be prompted to create one.
  • Colleagues You Have Worked With - Every stakeholder you work with under the same company in Olive will join that company as a colleague. Simply add them off this list of colleagues to invite them into this project.
  • By Email - Alternatively, you can also send an invitation email directly to a new stakeholder.

Note: remember to click the + button beside the new stakeholder when queuing up their invitation. Once you click the Send Invitations button on the modal, the invitations will be sent.

The Send Invitations button is on the right hand side top corner of the invitation modal.
