A Stakeholder is a user that has slightly limited permissions compared to an Admin. They can view all project details, add criteria, use chat, leave comments, rank and score a vendor's responses. They cannot edit or delete work done by others.
Typically, you would invite most of your team with a Stakeholder role, as they are most commonly your Subject Matter Experts, and project sponsors but do not need full control over the project.
