The Vendor Engagement Status provides you with a snapshot of where each vendor is in the evaluation process. When you start a new project, this will be empty until you start adding vendors.
For reference, these are the different types of vendor status:
- Included - The vendor has been added to the project, but no work with them has been started yet
- Contacted - The vendor has had an invitation link generated for them, but has not yet started responding to your requirements
- In Progress - The vendor has logged in and has started responding to your requirements
- Completed - The vendor has completed their responses and submitted them for your review
